ESL

Welcome to the VIRCS ESL Program.  We have been delivering ESL classes for more than 25 years in Victoria.  We offer courses to suit all levels and schedules. We have a continuous intake program which means you can start any time as long as we have space available.

Registration is fast and easy. Simply drop in before class times Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday .

Beginner class: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday   9 am - 11 am

Intermediate and Advanced class : 11:15 am - 1:15 pm

12 class passes are sold for the following fees:

• International students and visitors : $245
• Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents: $85
• Registration and Assessment Fee $25 (one time charge at time of registration)

In addition to our daytime programs, we also offer a free evening Conversation Club at the Greater Victoria Public Library.  Please call the number below for more information.

At VIRCS we also offer the Canadian Language Benchmarks Placement Test and we are a licensed testing site.  If you are interested the CLBPT (Canadian language Benchmarks Placement Test), please contact Jennifer Rawlinson :
