Newcomer Wraparound Support Program
This program is designed to support newcomers facing overwhelming or complex barriers towards settlement and integration in Greater Victoria. Services are client-driven and empower newcomers to become independent and active members of the community. All services are confidential and culturally sensitive.
All services offered for free to eligible clients:
- Permanent Residents of Canada
- Protected Persons*
- Convention Refugees
- Live-in Caregivers
- Individuals with pending verification for Permanent Residency
*as defined by Section 95 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA)
