Learn ways to enjoy the summer with positive, mindful, and healthy activities while practicing social distancing.

Discover tips on how to practice social distancing while enjoying summer, and some family activities you can enjoy in the comfort of your home.

Staying healthy means eating healthy to prevent illness especially in these difficult times. Discover yummy, healthy, and budget friendly recipes!

 

Why "Mindfulness"?

Mindfulness is the "awareness of one's experience without judgement" (APA.org, 2012) that "helps us better cope with the difficult thoughts and feelings that cause us stress and anxiety in everyday life" (James, A.).
